May was a month of celebration at Frankfurt International School as two hallmark events returned to its campuses – Worldfest on the Oberursel Campus and the International Festival at FISW. Laughter and conversation
reverberated through the campuses as families enjoyed being together during the events – playing games, sampling delicious foods from around the world, and learning more about the rich diversity that makes up our school community.
For many who joined FIS after March 2020, the large-scale, in-person events were the first they had experienced at the school, leaving them in awe at all that was so colorfully on display. For those who have been at the school longer, it was a welcome return to what makes being at FIS so special: community. As one parent said during the celebration,“This is the school we know and love!”
